You can unlock your domain via your secure billing portal here -- https://www.seodomains.pro/clientarea.php
Once logged in simply click on the "Domains" drop down or button followed by the domain you want to edit. Via the navigation menu on the left click on "Registrar Lock" and disable/enable the domain lock.
